All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Full payment is required to confirm and process an order unless otherwise agreed by Calanthe.

Prices may vary depending on flower availability, seasonality, arrangement size, customization, and any additional products or services selected.

Any additional charges applicable to an order, including delivery charges where applicable, will be communicated or displayed before the order is confirmed.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by Calanthe.

Calanthe offers complimentary delivery within Abu Dhabi City.

Deliveries outside Abu Dhabi City, including other areas within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and other Emirates across the UAE, will be subject to an additional delivery charge based on the delivery location. The applicable delivery fee will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including the recipient’s name, contact number, location, and any relevant delivery instructions.

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the requested delivery timeframe. However, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather conditions, access restrictions, incorrect delivery information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If our delivery team is unable to reach the recipient, we may contact the customer or recipient using the contact information provided.

Additional delivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is required due to an unavailable recipient, incorrect information, restricted access, or circumstances outside Calanthe’s control.

Before dispatch, Calanthe may send the customer a photo or video of the completed arrangement for final approval.

Orders requiring approval will not be dispatched until the customer has confirmed their approval.

Customers are encouraged to review and respond to the approval request promptly. A delay in providing approval may result in a delay to the scheduled delivery time. Calanthe will not be responsible for delays caused by late customer approval.

Once the customer confirms that they approve the arrangement shown in the photo or video, the arrangement will be considered final and accepted. No further changes, modifications, or design requests can be made after approval.

If changes are requested before approval, Calanthe will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them where possible. Certain changes may be subject to flower availability and may result in additional charges.

Flowers are natural and seasonal products. Availability, colour, size, shape, and appearance may vary depending on the season and market availability.

While we make every reasonable effort to create arrangements that closely reflect the selected design, certain flowers, foliage, wrapping materials, vases, or decorative elements may occasionally be unavailable.

Where necessary, Calanthe reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions using flowers or materials of a similar style, quality, colour palette, and value while maintaining the overall character and aesthetic of the arrangement.

For significant substitutions that would materially change the overall design or character of the arrangement, Calanthe may contact the customer before proceeding where reasonably possible.

As every arrangement is individually prepared using natural flowers, the final arrangement may vary slightly from photographs displayed on our website, social media platforms, or other promotional materials.

Requests to change an order, including the arrangement, delivery address, recipient details, delivery date, card message, or additional products, should be made as early as possible.

Before preparation begins, Calanthe will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes, subject to availability and any applicable difference in price.

Once preparation of the order has started, only simple changes that do not require the arrangement to be completely remade may be accommodated. Calanthe will determine whether a requested change can reasonably be made based on the stage of preparation and the availability of flowers and materials.

Any change that increases the value or cost of the order will require the customer to pay the applicable difference.

Once the customer has approved the final arrangement through the approval process described above, the arrangement will be considered final and no further changes may be made.

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled for a monetary refund.

If the customer wishes to cancel the order before preparation has started, the amount paid may be retained as Calanthe store credit, valid for one month from the date of cancellation, and may be used toward a future Calanthe order.

Once preparation has started, the order can no longer be cancelled. Simple changes may still be accommodated where reasonably possible in accordance with Section 5 above.

Any unused store credit will expire after the one-month validity period and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred.

Exceptions may apply where Calanthe is unable to fulfil an order, an incorrect order has been delivered due to an error by Calanthe, or another significant issue directly attributable to Calanthe has occurred.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable UAE law.

Fresh flowers are naturally delicate, and their lifespan varies depending on the flower variety, environment, temperature, handling, and care after delivery.

Calanthe cannot guarantee a specific lifespan for fresh flowers once they have been delivered and accepted.

Customers and recipients are encouraged to follow any flower care instructions provided by Calanthe.

Calanthe will not be responsible for deterioration resulting from improper care, unsuitable temperatures, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat, lack of water, or improper handling after delivery.

All Calanthe arrangements are individually handcrafted. Due to the natural characteristics of flowers, no two arrangements will be exactly identical.

Images displayed on our website, social media, or other platforms are intended to represent the general style, size, colour palette, and aesthetic of the arrangement.

Natural variations in flowers and reasonable substitutions should not be considered defects, provided that the overall quality and character of the arrangement are maintained.

Calanthe takes reasonable care in preparing, handling, and delivering every order.

Calanthe will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, deterioration, or other issues resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including incorrect information provided by the customer, recipient unavailability, restricted property access, traffic disruption, weather conditions, delayed customer approval, or improper handling or care following delivery.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before confirming payment and for reviewing the final arrangement carefully before providing approval.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.
